Great house. If you have a chance to rent this one DO IT! A wonderful place, clean, comfortable. Had everything we needed. Nice layout to the house. Kitchen is really nice, flows so well into the living, dining area. Everything is new and worked perfect. The Hill area where the house is a great place. So many good places to eat. Really fun to just walk thru and get a gelato, sit and relax.

We had a great time at Alyssa & Andy’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Per my family, this open kitchen plan home is great for entertaining and very spacious so no one felt like they were on top of each other. Also, the neighborhood is quiet with polite neighbors and conveniently located to the interstate for any St. Louis events. Would absolutely recommend a stay there!

This is the perfect location for exploring St Louis. We walked to great restaurants and bars on the Hill. We were in town for a concert at The Fox and drove there in 10 min. The house is very comfortable and roomy. Great kitchen and we really appreciated the supply of coffee provided by Alyssa and Andy. comfortable beds. Everything we needed for a great St Louis getaway.

Wow! We were in town for our daughters college graduation at SLU and needed more than a hotel could offer. This home checked all the boxes and more! It’s beautiful and the hosts go above and beyond to make it a fabulous stay. The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. It’s newly renovated and offers more than the average Airbnb. The hosts even had graduation decorations to welcome us. The best touch ever! So sweet. It’s close to everything, quiet, and quite large! We will certainly stay again…and again…! This home is charming. We had four adults and two infants. The host were wonderful even providing a pack and play. The Location was great “The Hill” was so much fun and the food was amazing. If we ever need an AirBNB in St. Louis again we will definitely go back to this home. Perfect!— Cynthia

We traveled to St.Louis so my husband could attend a Basketball tournament.
This house was immaculate and spacious. Everything we needed was in reach. It was also extremely quiet which is a plus for us.
Since my husband took our car to attend the games I decided to explore The Hill! The shops were a short walk and I also decovered a wonderful chocolate shop around the corner. We had a ridiculously wonderful stay.
If we're ever in St. Louis again this will be our go to place. It is a hidden gem!— Anton
The Marconi rental was great! Alyssa and Andy were so quick at responding. They let us check in early, and they dropped off an infant bumbo seat at the very last minute for us to use. They supplied coffee and bottles of water along with some fruit which was really appreciated. We would for sure stay again.
